- Uninstall SMR entries from Non-Plug and Play
- Open Device Manager.
- Enable "Show Hidden Devices"
- Under Non-Plug and Play Drivers, uninstall SMR entries (SMR210, SMR250, SMR300, SMR310, SMR311) if they exist
